Our Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:
  1. Initiate your return within 14 days from the delivery date and get a full refund. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories.
  2. If the packaging is returned in poor condition or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee for the loss in the item's value.
  3. If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.

  5. Note that return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
What's not returnable?
  1. Items not purchased at Funny Enjoy (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  2. Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  3. Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  4. For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
  • Washed or worn items
  • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
  • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
  • Clothing: tights and swimwear

Return process

  1. Contact us with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a return label with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
  2. Print the return label and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.
  3. Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
  4. We will process your return in 1-3 business days after receipt of the package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item returned which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (i.e. exclusive of the authenticity guarantee) will be subject to 20% restocking fee. However, any product that is defective for reasons not due to your error will be exchanged under our authenticity guarantee at no extra cost to you.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded
  • Any item returned by the courier company after failed delivery attempts will be refunded less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. USA customers will be charged a $5 fee for returns via this route
  • Any item for whom the billing address provided was incorrect or undeliverable will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned. If delivered to an address that was inputted incorrectly at checkout, insurance is void and we will be unable to assist with retrieval. USA customers will be charged a $5 fee for returns due to incomplete/wrong addresses or parcel refusals
  • All returns must be arranged through customer service. Products cannot be returned without a Funny Enjoy issued RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any unfulfilled orders at our discretion.

How soon will I receive the refund after returning?

We will process your credit/Paypal as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing returns. The purchase amount will be restored to your original form of payment anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy.
+Attention fraudsters:
We know our product. If you try to return a fake product that was purchased elsewhere, we will know and will refuse to grant a refund, and we will consider all our available legal options.
